Project: Capital Bank, Hope Mills, NC PV Roof

Project Details: GTRS designed and installed this PV system to help achieve the Optimize Energy Performance credit for this LEED Gold project. GTRS is working with many business owners in North Carolina to take advantage of unused roof-space. The system is self-ballasted. The inverters are grid-tied, so electricity produced will be reverse metered and sent directly to the electric grid. The system is expected to produce over 6 MWhs of electricity annually. The energy produced will offset an estimated 11,000 lbs of CO2 emissions.
Project: Carolina Duke Inn PV Roof

Project Details: GTRS designed and installed this PV system for Shree Dutt Sai LLC. This project is one of the largest roof-mounted systems GTRS has installed to date. The PV system includes (440) 230 watt PV panels and is expected to produce 130 MWhs of electricity annually. This amount of clean electricity will offset an impressive 233,700 lbs of CO2 emissions and could serve 14 homes in one year. The inverters are grid-tied, so electricity produced will be reverse metered and sent directly to the electric grid.

Project Details: GTRS is committed to helping businesses turn their unused roof space into sustainable income and giving building owners a solution to high operating costs. GTRS designed and installed this roof-mounted PV system for Axiom Environmental, an environmental services firm in Raleigh, NC. This grid-tied system includes (22) 225 watt PV panels which are expected to produce 7.4 MWhs per year. The electricity produced will offset over 11,000 lbs of CO2 emissions annually.
